Shipping & Returns Policy

At Fields America, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to delivering quality products while maintaining full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Please review the following terms regarding our shipping procedures, return eligibility, and product restrictions.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Times:
All standard shipments are FOB our warehouse or distributor partners. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. During holidays or peak periods, processing times may vary due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill all orders promptly.

  • Serialized items (rifles, pistols, lower receivers, etc.) may take up to 7–10 business days to ship.
  • Upper receivers may take up to 15 business days to ship.
  • Please ensure that Fields America has a valid copy of your FFL on file to avoid delays.
 

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Add your item(s) to the cart, enter your state and ZIP code, and click “Calculate Shipping” to view your total. Free shipping promotions may apply on qualifying orders.

Shipping Protection:
We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout to safeguard against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Order Restrictions

The customer is responsible for knowing their local and state laws regarding firearm and ammunition purchases. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions prior to ordering.

  • Customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, frames, or lower receivers.
  • Customers must be a legal resident of the state in which the firearm is being transferred.
  • Military personnel stationed in a state other than their home of record may purchase across state lines with valid proof of orders or residence.
  • The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal, ineligibility, or failure to receive shipment.
 

P.O. Box Shipments:
Firearms, ammunition, and restricted items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address or valid FFL address at checkout.

FFL Transfers

All firearms purchased from Fields America must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact their chosen FFL dealer prior to placing an order and confirm their willingness to receive the transfer.

  • The purchaser must ensure that a signed copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL license is sent directly to Fields America before shipment.
  • FFL copies should be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to:

  • Firearms will not ship until the FFL has been received and verified.
  • If a customer wishes to change their selected FFL after an order has shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
  • Orders returned due to an FFL’s refusal or failure to accept delivery will be subject to return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Return Policy

14-Day Return Period:
Customers may return eligible non-restricted products within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Returns must include proof of purchase and be authorized in advance.

Eligible Products:
Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and tags intact.

Nonreturnable Items

All sales of the following items are FINAL. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Firearms (including frames and lower receivers)
  • Any blemished firearms, frames, or receivers
  • Any used (i.e., fired) firearms, frames, or receivers
  • Ammunition and ammunition components
  • Blank cartridges
  • Used, worn, or washed clothing
  • Items marked as Clearance, Final Sale, or Nonreturnable

If the return is due to a shipping error or product defect, Fields America will issue a prepaid return label. For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on non-defective returns.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing:

  • Take clear photos of packaging, damaged products, and shipping labels.
  • Email all documentation to [email protected] as soon as possible.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve claims and replace eligible items.

Legal Compliance & Responsibility

Fields America operates in strict compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of firearms, ammunition, and related products.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that their purchase, possession, and use of any item complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

By purchasing from Fields America, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Fields Outdoor Adventures, LLP, and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the purchase, possession, or use of any item.
