Yes. We hold a valid FFL license and engage in firearm transactions.

FFL must be sent to admin@fieldsusa.com for transfer of firearms once the purchase is complete. Its the responsibility of the purchaser to contact their FFL dealer and have them send the FFL to the above email address. Please before purchase make sure the firearm is legal in your state.

An FFL (Federal Firearms License) is required for any firearm purchase to ensure compliance with federal law. When you buy a firearm from us, we ship it to a local FFL dealer of your choice, where you’ll complete the necessary background check and paperwork.

You can use the ATF’s FFL Dealer Locator to find a licensed dealer near you. You’ll need to provide their contact information during checkout.

We comply with all federal and state laws regarding sales. Some locations have restrictions, including:

  • California: Ammunition and firearms must be transferred through a licensed dealer.
  • New York: Ammunition must be shipped to an FFL or licensed ammunition dealer.
  • Massachusetts, Illinois, Connecticut, and New Jersey: State permits or additional documentation may be required.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, Washington D.C.: Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped.

Firearms are not eligible for return once transferred to you. Please inspect your firearm at the FFL dealer before completing the transfer. If there is a defect, the firearm may be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
